1 teaspoon salt
5 cups flour
6 teaspoons baking powder
3 tablespoons shortening
3/4 to 1 cup of hot water
Honey as topping

Mix all ingredients together and knead. Shape into small balls of dough, then roll out into very thin squares. Cook in a skillet of hot oil until golden brown. Serve hot, top with honey.
