���Rose Sauce

2 cups sour cream
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
dash each of cinnamon and nutmeg

Blend ingredients together. �Serve in a bowl with a basket of fresh strawberries for dipping. �Can also slice berries and serve on a dessert plate with sauce over top. �Sauce is good with other fruits, including melon. �Recipe from John Shanks, Ausin American-Statesman, 5/8/91.
