Las Vegas, anyone? �In a follow-up to the daring gold
and white outfit of '82, I created one even more revealing!
I refer to this as the year I *discovered* Velcro!
A black leotard was trimmed with removable panels of
shiny gold fringe at the shoulders and waist. �Gauntlets at the
forearms and shins added to the look, and the cape
was accented with large gold sequins. �The hat was shaped with
styrofoam pieces that were decorated with feathers and fringe!
Had I been able to engineer it correctly, the cape would have
opened, thus providing a background "frame" for optimal effect.
