Cody's Story

This picture was taken at Collette's apartment after dinner. The night I decided to ask her Collette to be my girlfriend finally came. That night I asked her to dinner at the Spaghetti Factory. After a nice quiet dinner alone we drove around Waikiki. I felt all my feelings build up inside and wanted to tell her how I felt about her inside. Finally when she parked the car we waited for her friend Jackie to finish work so I decided to make my move. I told her how I felt about her and how much I really wanted to start a relationship with her. She accepted and smiled. After I asked her to be mine I will never forget the look on her face when I reached over and holded her hand for the first time, she giggled, smiled, and took her hand and started to fan herself. I knew from that moment on that the spark that kept us close started to burn a heavy flame inside of us. For the first time in my life I was truly in love and I knew we both felt it.

Collettes's Story

This picture is our first picture of us as a couple. It was the night that Cody asked me to be his girlfriend. That was the most nervous and shocking time that I spent with him because I didn't expect something like this to happen to me. After all it turned out to be the most memorable time. I could not believe what had happened that night. I wished that I was in a big empty field so I could scream and let all of my happiness and excitement out.
