History:
Scott’s father was a Captain in the UN Spacy. His grandfather was an admiral in the United States Navy. He was born on Moon Base Luna. You could say that he was destined to fly a Valkyrie. When Scott choose to join the Air Force rather then the Navy or Spacy, his elders were surprised, but respected his descision. However, they did not like his descision to go in enlisted. He graduated from flight training, and was assigned to his first squadron by the age of 20. Proceding up the chain of command, he achieved the rank of Staff Sergeant before applying to the UN Spacy Air Force Academy. He was accepted and graduated with honors at the age of 29, making him one of the oldest 2nd Lieutenants in the Air Force. However, do to his previous combat experiences and leadership abilities, he quickly achieved promotions and new assignments. At 32 he was XO of a Spacy squadron. By 38 he had his own command. After a stint with Air Force Intelligence, he was hand picked to command the 366th Aerospace Wing when its former commander was bumped up to Brigider General.
Born during the United Nations War, Scott’s father and grandfather were away fighting during his actual birth. When the SDF-01 Macross crashed, his father was transferred to the Valkyrie project. Fortunately Scott’s entire family was on Macross Island when the Zentran attacked. When the macross folded away from Earth, his family was taken along with it. Thus, they were spared the fate of the rest of the planet.
Upon graduating from high school, Scott enlisted in the UN Spacy Air Force. He achieved his flight statis by age 20, and was assigned to SVF-2 Bounty Hunters. He quickly became aquanted with the VF-4 Lightning, which the squadron had just transitioned to. However, his interest in the original VF-1 Valkyrie lead him to study the craft intently. His skill as an aviator increased in leaps and bounds.
In 2023, he achieved the rank of Staff Sergeant. After several years of pressure from his father, he applied and was accepted to the UN Spacy Air Force Academy. After 4 years of intense study, he graduated with the rank of 2nd Lieutenant. He was assigned to the 1st Tactical Fighter Squadron at Langley AFB one Earth. It was during this time that he met his future wife, Sarah Elizabeth Fitzgerald.
During an incident in 2029 with a rogue pirate group, he was given the callsign Kamikazi when he went head-to-head with an ARMD carrier, and destroyed the bridge. The pirates were lost without their Command & Control Center and surrendered. However, Scott’s Lightning had been destroyed by a blast from the ship’s main laser battery. Scott was seriously wounded, and spend the next year in recovery and rehabilitation. During this time, he and Sarah fell in love, and were wed on the day he was able to walk again on his own. Because of his actions, he was promoted to the rank of Captain (several years early). He transferred to the SVFT-101 training squadron, where he taught new pilots the ins and outs of the VF-4 Lightning.
In 2032, Scott was promoted to Major, and given command of SVF-41 Black Aces assigned to the UNS Lexington. This command strained his marriage, as Sarah was pregnant with their first child and he was to be gone for over a year on patrol. However, he visited whenever possible, and demanded that he be present for the birth of his daughter Sarah.
Scott commanded the Black Aces until 2035, when he transferred to the
UN Spacy Air Force Intelligence Division, where he stayed until 2038. He
was then assigned as XO of the 23rd Aerospace Wing based out of Mars Base
Sara. In 2043, he was reassigned to Research and Development, and moved
to the New Edwards Flight Center on Eden. During this time he recorded
and accessed the perfomance of the YF-19 and YF-21 prototypes. In 2047
to took command of the 366th Aerospace Wing, where he remains today.
