12-22-2003 - Welcome to the Cartoon Villain Compendium, a production of Tails Pro Productions. This website will be dedicated to a compendium of villains from cartoons, starting with Cartoon Network and Nickelodeon most likely, and moving on to others later. I'll start putting things up ASAP. Here's a sample Cartoon Villain, to see how the site works (see underneath the updates).
