If you are an honest and peaceful person and a non-smoker, you are welcome to stay at a clean, bright, and safe suite
(about 24 square meters: bed, quilt and sheet, bathroom, wardrobe, refrigerator, desk, etc.) next door to me on the 6th floor of
a brand new, pretty 15-story apartment complex building close to the main entrance of the National Taipei University Sansia Campus
in Taipei County. The place is about 20 km from the Taipei Main Station, and can serve as a base to explore the greater Taipei area.
You donate NT$300 a night (NT$400 for 2 persons) for apartment security and cleaning. You will be on your own, but I (and my wife)
will show you around if you do not know Chinese.
My wife and I are in our early 60's, retired but are teaching part-time. We are non-smokers, healthy, and have pleasant personalities.
I did postgraduate studies in Texas, California, New York, and Scotland before. I speak Chinese and also English as a second
language. My wife speaks Chinese and a little English. I can give you valuable information about where to go and how to go
in northern Taiwan, especially Taipei City, according to your personal interest and budget.
