Classic White Sauce
Directions
1.) Mix 1 tablespoons corn starch & 1 cup milk until smooth.
2.) Add 2 tablespoons margarine, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon black pepper.
3.) Stirring constantly, bring to boil over medium heat; boil 1 minute.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon Corn Starch
1 cup Milk
2 tablespoons Margarine
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper
Use for creamed vegetables, meat, poultry, fish or casseroles.
Makes 1 cup
