| 3-Step Pumpkin Pie |
| Ingredients 1 1/2 cups Cold Half & Half or Milk 1 package (4-serving size) Vanilla Instant Pudding/Pie Filling 3 1/2 cups Whipped Topping, thawed 1 cup each Chopped Pecans & Gingersnaps 1/2 can Canned Pumpkin 1 1/2 tablespoons Pumpkin Pie Spice 1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust |
| Directions 1.) Pour half & half (or milk) into large bowl. Add pie filling mix. Beat with wire whisk until well blended. Let stand for 5 minutes. 2.) Fold in whipped topping and remaining ingredients. Spoon into crust. Freeze until firm, about 6 hours. 3.) Remove from freezer. Let stand for about 10 minutes to soften before serving. |
