| Pecan Pie |
| Ingredients 1/4 cup Butter 1/4 teaspoon Salt 2/3 cup Brown Sugar 3/4 cup Dark Karo Syrup 3 Eggs beaten 1 teaspoon Vanilla 1 cup Pecan Halves 1 Plain Pastry Crust |
| Directions 1.) Cream butter & sugar together until fluffy. 2.) Add salt, syrup, eggs & vanilla. 3.) Sprinkle pastry crust with pecan halves. 4.) Pour filling over pecans. 5.) Bake for 10 minutes at 450 degrees. 6.) Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake for 35 minutes or until knife comes out clean. |
