Caramel Apple Pie
Serves 8
Ingredients
1 (8 ounce) package Light Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup Fat Free Milk, divided
1 package (4-serving size) French Vanilla Instant Pudding
1 (21 ounce) can Apple Pie Filling
1 (6 ounce) Graham Cracker Pie Crust
3 tablespoons Caramel Ice Cream Topping
2 tablespoons Chopped Pecans
Directions
1.) In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese & 1/4 cup milk; beat until blended.
2.) Add remaining milk & pudding; beat until smooth & well blended.
3.) Fold apple pie filling into pudding.
4.) Pour mixture into pie crust.
5.) Chill until set.
6.) Before serving, drizzle with caramel topping & sprinkle with copped nuts.
