This section is divided into several parts. NPCs are arranged either by where they live or where they were first met. I tend to have lots of npcs in my games, this section should help you keep them all straight. At the start of the game, you will find names of people who you've read about in Parts I & II of this web page. Most of them, your character has probably never met, and he or she might never meet them; however, any person from the Heartlands of Cerilia would at least know who they are, if by name and reputation only.

As each realm is explored, I'll expand upon them to include more in depth descriptions. You won't find any secrets here, or hidden truths. What is presented is what is either known to be true, or at least believed to be true.

Part One is titled The Heartlands. Part Two: The Town of Hommlet. At this time I can not or will not name the other parts.

Part One: The Heartlands
This section includes the rulers of the Heartlands. Birthright campaigns tend to be deeply political. It's a good idea to remember who these people are. It is arranged by Realm, not by people, with the realm's ruler in paranthesis. These first few entries are short. Eventually, I will expand upon them to include all the important NPCs of that particular realm. I have all ready given that treatment to Mhoried. Elinie will be next, followed by the Town of Hommlet. Eventually, all or most of the short entries will disappear.

Alamie  (Duke Carlion Alam): The Duke of Alamie is considered a top contender for the Iron Throne and is at constant odds with Prince Avan.

Avanil (Prince Avan): The Prince of Avanil is considered to be the top contender for the Iron Throne.

Endier (Guilder Kalien): Kalien is a half-elf  from Brechtur. He is the owner of Heartlands Outfitters, the largest guild in the Heartlands.

The Imperial City of Anuire (Chamberlain Caliedhe Dosiere): In the city rests the Iron Throne guarded by Chamberlain Caliedhe Dosiere, whose family has served the Empire for generations.

Ghoere (Baron Gavin Tael): Gavin Tael is a bully and a Tyrant. His advisor and owner of many sources throughout the Heartlands is the enigmatic Sword Mage.

Tuornen (Duchess Laela Flaertes): Once a part of the Duchy of Alamie. Carlion Alam has made it no secret that he'd like it to once more be a part of his realm.

Part Two: The Town of Hommlet
As you've probably guessed, your characters will spend some time in Hommlet. This section will probably grow considerably, but there are a few names that you would know from reputation. As stated before, Hommlet rests in the province of Hope's Demise in the Realm of Elinie.
