Implications for evangelism

If God is mighty creator, Owner and Master of everything created:

~ How do we dare disobey Him? (Rom. 14:7-9).

~ How do we dare ignore His Great Commission? (Mark 12:28-33; Matt. 28:18-20).

If God is the holy and just Lord who will hold everybody accountable according to His standards:

‘~‘ How can we consider His standards to be relative and allow things to stand side by side with Him?

~  How can we escape from our responsibility to evangelize and warn people? (Ezek 3:16-21).

If God is the potential destroyer of everything, and nobody can mock him:

~‘            How can we be quiet and not warn others, knowing that it is a “dreadful thing to fall into the hands of the living God”? (Heb. 10:31)

~‘ How can we take our life so lightly? (2 Pet 3:11,14).

If God is a God of love:

~  How can we be ungrateful and not share with others what we have received by grace?

~  How can we be quiet and not share these news with others, without loading punishment on us?

We are not doing right. This is a

day of good news and we are

keeping it to ourselves. If we wait

until daylight, punishment will

overtake us.”

(2 kings 7:9)
