Truth :                  Care must be taken, prayerfully by a leader in the select on of others to be future leaders

                                                    

 

Lesson Aim:  To show the importance of selecting suitable people for transmitting the message of reconciliation (2 Corinthians 5:17-21

CONCLUSION:

 

We must note that SELECTION can be done without much effort from a leader, but one cannot truly IMPART what one does not have! The vital principle of “BEING before DOING” comes into force here. The true leader must have the necessary ingredients to pass on to others!!
