To stimulate leaders to the fact of effective active participation in evangelism.

To teach leaders concerning the mobilization of believers to carry out the Lord’s mandate.

 

Specific Aims:

To see leaders actively involved in training others for the task of saving the lost.

To see believers participate IN USING ALL THEIR GIFTS for total mobilization.

To effectively be able to Motivate, Mobilize and Mature others to “bring” the Kihgdom of God through world evangelization.•

THE BASIC MEANINGS

 

The Meaning of” MOTIVATION”

 

     From the word “MOTIVE” implying an emotion or desire operating on the will causing to act.

 

    The ability to exite and move people into action and achievement while satisfying their needs. Matthew 4:19,20; John 15:12-16

 

     The giving of impetus to; to incite ; to impel; to provide an inner drive; to energize a person to action c—~-~ nt~’-~

The Meaning of” MOBILIZATION”

 

The ability to rally men and women to catch a vision and to work towards the fulfillment of that same vision.

 

The moving of people into action so as to achieve a common goal. To put into motion; to bring into readiness for immediate active service ; to organize people / resources for such service. (Luke 6:12,13; Mark 1:12,2042 ; 2:13,14) To get as many people as possible to do as much as possible to share Christ in as many ways possible.

The Meaning of “ TRAINING”

 

     The practical impartation of knowledge and skills for the task of evangelism and ministry (Matthew 9:35; 10:1,5 ; Acts 1:1-3 ; note Ephesians 4:11,12)
