I used to be a fighter,
now I am a writer!

Hi! I'm Charlie Messenger, the Poet & Wordsmith.
I was born in Port Glasgow, Scotland in June 1955.
In my younger days, I was the proverbial rolling stone.
I travelled around the world only to discover that if you go far enough'west',
you end up back where you started.
At this moment in time, (the time of writing this - not the time of viewing),
I am residing in my home town, reflecting on my life, and hopefully re-shaping
my destiny.
I am just finishing an HNC Multimedia with Web Development course at the James Watt College
in Greenock. And as part of the course I have created this Poetry & Song website.
