4th Year of CMSTUDIOS signals End of an Era
Today marks an End of an Era for CM Studios. A decision has been made to cease all new productions of CM Studios products. Please note that the website will still be open and it is still possible to order old works listed on our products page. The CMStudios brand will still remain open as well, incase of future developments.
The decision came due to a number of factors. These factors included my full time job which involves shift work, which makes it difficult for me to start any new work. Our computers have a technical problem in that windows service pack 2 makes it impossible for wav sounds to be recorded with voice sounds (a practice used to all productions!). This problem can be solved, but only through considerable investment - and we are, afterall, a FREE production company. Such an investment would mean that products would start costing our listeners.
And finally, my production partner with this site has other commitments including study and assignment work.
We would like to thank all our supporters for ordering our products. CM studios was formed on the 11th November 2001, and has ceased production work today, 6th November 2005 - just shy of our 4th Birthday.

The company has started and formed a strong friendship between the producers (myself and Chris) and while the production may have ceased, it will certainly be not forgotten. If it weren't for the 2 budding minds clashing together in Year 9, we would certainly not be as friendly towards eachother then compared to today!.
What started off to house just a 2 cd's (Big Bird/Snuffy & Freddy) in Year 9 has turned into a production empire. It is a milestone in itself, in that everysingle CD has been a "DIY" production by the producers - using simple programs. It must be said that CM Studios was never meant to last this long, so 4 years is truely a worthwhile milestone.
We both started off in Year 9 - lasted through to Year 12, and now in our working life - so the website is like a time capsule - hence why it is remaining open.
