Blue Star Records took over the ablioshed company known as Ha Ha Records. It managed all previous HA HA works and also continued working with Mat Productions to work CM Studios. The company has created characters such as the famous Freddy and friends. Blue Star Records owns 50% of CM Studios and aims to produce high quality comedy works.
Its sole basis is to form CM Studios, it does not have any external new works.

Mat Productions owns 50% of CM Studios and is committed to ensuring CM Studios survival with Blue Star Records.
Before CM Studios, Mat Productions existed as a Video company and cleaning company. It made works of Pelican Pensioners 1 and 2.
Mat Productions has created characters such as the classic Snuffy and Big Bird.

Insectice Productions has helped CM Studios through several video and DVD joint venture productions. However, Insectice Productions has made seperate works from CM Studios and a website is planned for the company soon.
CM Studios and Insectice Productions have been great partners since its first creation of Pelican Pensioners. Together, the two companies make an unstoppable comedy force.
