CM Studios set Conditions No. 1
(i) You must be an Australian resident ONLY
(ii) All orders are FREE. The only condition is that if you are passing on works to friends, you must inform the person you ordered with at [email protected]
(iii) You must reply to the confirmation email within 5 days.
(iv) Giving an album (or delivery of an album) through the CM member can also be through CM's cousin's and their friend's. You do not need to be releated (through friends or family) or even know any member from CM.
(v) We obtain your email for delivery purposes ONLY. [email protected] will be the only address emailing you. Your email can be deleted once the Album or product has been delivered if you wish
(vi) If you have requested postal delivery, we will require your postal address. This address will be deleted from our records straight away once the album has been sent!. If you are still concerned about handing out your address, we can establish some form of 'security' arrangement.
(vii) The product is fictional and do not represent any ones characteristics

Teacher VCD (Teachers First Debut) and Individual Clips
CM Studios set Conditions No. 2
(i) Since the Clips contain actual teachers, the client of the product must:
- inform the delivery person of any person other than the client viewing the product
- inform the person viewing the product that the product is fictional
- that all clips viewed are purely fictional
(ii) That once the clip has been delivered, CM Studios and Insectice Productions takes no responsibility for the clips where abouts.
(iii) That CM Studios and Insectice Productions take no responsibility for errors on the VCD, other than the 2 stated on the consumer information card provided with in the VCD. If the clip has been ordered by other means, there are NO ERRORS in ANY product.
(iv) CM Studios and Insetice Productions do not have any relation to MSN Messenger or MSN File sharing and no responsibility shall be taken if file sending on these to programs fail due to poor interconnection. We send via Cable modem, therefore, if the client has a cable or broadband modem, transfer shall be fast � any other modem shall see poor results
(v) That if the client is ordering and requests a CD or VCD. He/she must provide the CD to CM STUDIOS and INSECTICE productions with a CD. If no such arrangement can be made, we can provide a CD for a $3 charge.
(vi) That the above conditions state the major product conditions and that there are other minor conditions to the above stated

(i) You must comply with CM Studios Condtions No. 1
(ii) You must know a CM Studios member (Chris, Mario922 or Insectice)
(iii) Your request will be assessed by these members
(iv) We have the right to deny such requests on basis of trust
