I was born and raised in Selma, Al.  After graduating from Auburn, I decided to move back home.  I taught 6th grade Science at School Of Discovery for 4 years, and 4th grade at Meadowview Elementary.  I am teaching 7th grade at Selma Middle C.H.A.T. Academy now.
I am not married and I have no children.  But I guess you could say that my pets are my children.  I have a parrot,
Buz, that loves to talk (and fuss when he thinks no one is paying attention to him).  I also have a dog named Sam and she is nothing but a big puppy. I now have 6 cats, Smoke, Tina, Odd Ball, Sugar, Booger, & Scaredy Cat.  I aslo now have a tarantula, Asru; and 2 scorpions, Isis & Orisis.

I enjoy traveling.
I took a trip up to North Carolina at the end of  2002July to see a friend of mine.  I have never taken a train so I thought this would be the perfect opportunity.  I even had a layover in Washington D.C. which allowed me to visit the sites there. It was a great trip.
Even though I don't have any children of my own - I do have 3 nephews that I am able to spoil rotten.  Ryan C. is 7, Carson C. is 3, and Mathew G. is 9.  They are great kids.
