75% of the project meetings must be attended to be able to participate at fair. (75% of the winter project area mtgs & 75% of the weekly summer project area mtgs)
Summer meetings are held with your project animals.
You must call to be excused.
Meetings can be made up by attending another project area meeting if arrangements are made with Project Leader.
The general meetings do not count toward the attendance because these are planning meetings and do not help prepare the members in their project area.
Calls may be made to Cathy Nitschke (Key Leader) or one of your Project Leaders.
