Why are they nicknamed "Candy" guys or girls? Well this is a pretty obvious question by itself. The nickname M & M comes from the first initial of both of their first names: Michael and Maria. And we basically use that to compare them to the candy M&M's. Why do we like the couple so much? Most people who watches the show will agree with me when they say M&M are one of the more interesting couples on the show as the couple is so good at keeping us enthralled in their relationship as it went from hating each other and constantly fighting (which we all love to watch them do) to love and some-what of an understanding, although they seemed a little reluctant to accept each other.. At least this was how their relationship was in the first season. Then later in the second season we saw how much they loved each other and they become a really (almost too much) lovey-dovey sort of couple who were dependent of each other. Favourite M&M Moment? I would have to say my favourite episodes/scenes with M&M are definetly: in the motel in '285 South' and their first kiss in 'River Dog'. I think the lines were great in the motel when they were finding more out about each other and the 'sexual tension' that happened, and I loved the lines, 'not if you were the last human on Earth'. And her retaliation: 'not if you were the last alien on Earth!'. I can't think of another word to describe it except, perfect! I love how their kiss started. They got into a heated disussion which is totally an M&M thing, over some stupid little things, them declaring how they hate each other, etc;, then in the heat of the moment, he kissed her. It was so perfect! |
