CMRA Membership Fees




GENERAL FEES
      

Certificate Transfer Fee: $25.00
The cost a �New� homeowner in Cuyahoga Manor Subdivision #2 pays to CMRA Incorporated to obtain a transfer of Active Lot Certificate from previous owner to the �New� owner. The certificate must be in the �New� homeowners name and all (Dues, Fees and/or Assessments paid in FULL) to be eligible to participate in all CMRA functions.

Initiation / Reinstatement Fee: $800.00
The fee charged to homeowner to �Reactivate� a certificate. Reasons that a certificate becomes �Inactive� are that dues, fees and/or assessments were not paid by homeowner in previous years. This fee is set by a vote of the general membership at the annual meeting in September. Certificates must be �Active� to be transferred from �Previous� owner to �New� Owner.


               

FEES APPLICABLE ONLY TO ACTIVE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS
      

Maintenance Fee: $85.00
Annual fee billed for the maintenance of the CMRA facilities located at 190 Van Doren Drive. Certificate must be in homeowners name and currently �Active�. This fee is required to be paid yearly by all members to maintain your �Active� certificate.

Full Family Membership: $230.00 (Maintenance Fee $85.00 plus Pool Privileges $145.00) This is the total cost charged to homeowner to allow all residence of household located in the Cuyahoga Manor Subdivision #2 swimming privileges along with the annual fee billed for the maintenance of the CMRA Facility located at 190 Van Doren Drive.

Two Member: $170.00 (Maintenance Fee $85.00 plus Pool Privileges $85.00)
This is the total cost charged to homeowner to allow the residence(s) of Household. Maximum of (2) two persons living within the household located in the Cuyahoga Manor Subdivision #2 swimming privileges along with the annual fee billed for the maintenance of the CMRA Facility located at 190 Van Doren Drive.

               

 FEES APPLICABLE ONLY TO NON-CERTIFICATE HOLDERS
      

*Sponsored Members: $275.00
Yearly Dues charged a household that is not located within Cuyahoga Manor Subdivision #2. These families must be sponsored by a Full Family or Two Member Active Certificate Households.
