Pop Quiz hotshot, what show has a young bishonen named Shinji piloting a giant living mecha called an Evangelion along side a clone of his mother and a supergenious bitch while they fight these giant Angels that dont look like angels which are attacking because the Dead Sea Scrolls said so in one man's race to be reunited with his dead wife against an old man who just wants to die all to the backdrop of a postapocalyptic Japan. To add to the confusion or this convulted plot the fact that both sides of this want the world to end but they dont at the same time and Shinji's guardian and commanding officer Misato is a real skank who drinks more beer than an Irishman(well that's not possible but you knwo what I'm saying) and lives with a pet penguin named Pen^2. Throw in a the antics of a Jock and military nerd boy along with a token Lezbian background character and a rather humourous scene involving noodles(Justin you know what this is all about) and you have the best damn Anime ever! So can you guess what show it is????
