| There has been a bit of silence of its Plaxton President-bodied Dennis Trident replicas in the past months, but now Creative Master Northcord Limited (CMNL) has proudly released its latest single door version of this casting. It is ukbus 2015, carrying Oxford Bus Company colours. ukbus 2015 represents fleet number 904 (R4 OXF) which is one of eight Dennis Tridents with Plaxton President bodies in the Oxford Bus Company fleet, acquired in 2006 from its sister company Go-North East. This batch of buses is used on City35 (Oxford to Abingdon via Kennington) and is unusual in a fleet composed mainly of single deck buses. The replica features excellent detailing, inside and out, including an opening engine door and engine detail. This is a one-piece casting whose clean lines accentuate the gasket windows and livery application on which all logos and lettering are clearly legible. Additionally, ukbus 2015 brings some features which represent the special requirements of the Go-Ahead Group e.g. the full-width destination blind at the rear, etc. The brand new single door Plaxton President-bodied Dennis Trident double-deck model ukbus 2015 is limited to 1300 pieces worldwide. |
