Like a castle rising out of the morning mists, the ranch style home sits in splendor among the loblolly pines. A substantial lawn in front of the home rolls toward the moat, I mean pond, that separates the brick house from the highway. Reaching high into the patriotic sky is a pole that holds proudly the Stars and Stripes. It's a country of its own and I suppose pretty soon it'll be celebrating fifty years of independence.
