When you neomail them you should be specific and include the following. 1. Your idea- try to be as specific as possible 2. Explain how you think your idea will help the guild. Please try to be brief. 3. How long you've been in the guild, to determine if your reliable enough for the job. 4. If it requires a shop of some sort you should know how to set it up and also you should discuss prices and stuff in your neomail. Also the amount of housepoints if any. If its a good idea and your idea is used you will recieve 50 housepoints for doing it.
