HOME This website has been published in response from many of my customers. The idea behind the site is basically to publish a point of reference. We hope that the site will answer your questions about modern boat electrics and allow you to make your own decisions when it comes to what is installed on your boat. For information, I am a Royal Navy qualified marine technician now working on inland waterways craft, both for a well respected London Yard, and freelance on the cut. I have owned my own (sea) boat for many, many years. Please don't think I am using this site to line my own pockets! I have more work than I can cope with and cannot possibly take on any more. I have had a lot of help from some of my friends, and although we know the site is "rough" at the moment, we hope that with help, we can smooth out the edges in time.
Due to my work load, the site is taking second place! The time I need to add and amend is taken up by my work. Apologies.
I need help on some research! Could you take the time to read the page "How the alternator works" and send some feedback. Thanks 07-04-01
THANKS TO ALL OF YOU WHO HAVE VIEWED THE SITE, AND SENT YOUR COMMENTS TO ME.
