The goal of CML Reptiles is to provide the reptile hobbyist, from the novice to the expert, with high quality animals.

We guarantee our animals to be feeding on live/stunned rodents, unless stated otherwise.

All animals sold are healthy and problem free to the extent of our knowledge.  In the event a problem arises, we will do everything within our power to correct the situation and come to an agreement that will be mutually beneficial.  We offer a live arrival guarantee, as well as guarantee our animals to be eating.  Animals sold as a specific sex are guaranteed to be that sex.

If a problem arises from a purchase, contact us immediately.  As no further guarantees are made, all complaints/issues/problems will be dealt with on a situational basis.  Decisions will be made by us, and reimbursement in the form of a refund or replacement animal  may be offered, but are not promised. 

We ship most animals FedEx, but offer Delta-Dash for those who prefer it.  Please inspect animals immediately upon arrival and contact us to notify of live arrival. 

Payment is accepted in the form of check or money order.  All checks must clear before animals will be shipped. 

Buyer is responsible for any and all local laws regarding the keeping or housing of reptiles.  Buyer also assumes all responsibility for the animal upon receipt of animal.  CML Reptiles is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, fees, fines, or costs associated with owning any animals purchased. 

We strongly recommend proper research as to the husbandry requirements of animals being considered for purchase prior to purchase.

We also reserve the right to refuse sale of an animal to those deemed too inexperienced, or unwilling to properly research the required care.
