That's me wading into Lake Superior at Black River Harbor, MI. The water is a very hot 47 degrees F.

This is what it looks like standing in the middle of this suspension bridge over the Black River before it enters the harbor. Built in 1968.
This is the rock breakwater between the concrete one in the picture to the right and the shore. Very large quarried rocks, each between 3 and 6 feet across. And it's about 8 feet above water level.
