ensayo is a project developed by Hugo D'Acosta, where he registers enological elements linked to what he calls the site-plant-weather concept.
In its first vintage, the following five different "essays" were produced:

Grenache 2002 (Jesus Madrigal) 504 bottles
Grenache 2002 (Jose Gil) 270 bottles
Carignan 2002 (Juan Carlos Bravo) 252 bottles
Petite Sirah 2002 (Uvas de California) 247 bottles
Zinfandel 2002 (Uvas de California) 523 bottles
