Entrances in this guide are numbered as well as exits. An entrance will be given the same number as its corresponding reverse-trip exit, if it exists. If an exit is for access to only one direction of a road, the entrance with the same number will be from the opposite direction of the same road, except where noted. Exits are numbered according to official exit numbers if they exist, or by mileage / practicality on non-Interstates. Actual signage may vary regarding exit numbers, typically in the case of branched exits; such variance is noted here.

  • EB BEGIN / WB END I-670. No re-assurance marker or BGS for WB traffic for over a mile to tell motorists what freeway they're on, unless they pay attention to the new Kansas-style mile-markers, which include a small I-70 shield on each sign, spaced at 1/5-mile intervals.
  • 1A: US-33. Erroneously signed as 1B in 2002.
  • 1: Grandview Ave. Entrance signed as I-670 WEST, I-70 WEST as if multiplexed. Pre-2002 entrance signage indicated I-670 WEST, US-33 WEST.
  • 1B: Grandview Ave. Erroneiously signed as 1A in 2002.
  • 2A: EB exit to US-33, OH-315 SOUTH, Dublin Rd. WB exit to OH-315 SOUTH. EB exit traffic seeking OH-315 SOUTH, a freeway, must pass through a traffic light.
  • 2B: OH-315 NORTH. Exit BGSs have vertical room for OH-315 NORTH and future control city, possibly "Hospital". Curiously, the WB exit BGS has aligned OH-315 NORTH along bottom of greenspace, adjacent to EXIT ONLY line; before the stretch of freeway opened in 2003, the OH-315 NORTH was vertically centered in the greenspace.

  • 4A: Exit to US-23 SOUTH, Third St. WB exit erroneously signed as 4B. Entrance from US-23 NORTH, Fourth St.

  • 5A: I-71 SOUTH. EB exit erroneously signed as 5A, I-71 SOUTH and 5B, US-40, Broad St. WB exit signed as 5.
  • 5B: I-71 NORTH, Cleveland, 5th Ave. 5B ramps (exits from mainline and from entrances 4A, 4D, as well as entrances to mainline) also provide access to / from 5th Ave. EB exit is erroneously signed as 5C on advance guide signs prior to 5A. Distance to exit is also erroneously reported on same advance guide signs. WB advance signage for 5A, 5B (signed as 5) indicates one EXIT ONLY lane without second optional lane for exit, but redundantly directs 5B traffic to use right lane.
