| - Fencers must be full-time students in an accredited high school (grades 9-12.) - Four fencers per weapon per team will be accepted. Each school and/or club may submit one team per weapon. - When registering, indicate name of fencer, grade, years of experience, and USFA ranking, if any. Also, school/club name and address and coach's name and contact information. Due: 9:00 P.M. CST Monday, January 26 Changes due by 9:00 P.M. CST Wednesday, January 28 No registration or changes accepted after Jan. 28. The completed registration form must be received by M. Sampon by the date and time noted above. Typing the registration form is preferred to ensure accuracy of spelling. Registration can occur through fax or e-mail submission.. |

| $20 per fencer if registered by Monday, January 26. $30 per fencer if registration is received between 1/26 and 1/28. Fencers may compete in only one weapon. The registration fee must be paid by 8:30 A.M. on Saturday, 1/31. Promptness of registration and payment will ensure the readiness of the fencers so that the tournament can be run as efficiently as possible. |

| 7:30 - 8:30 A.M. - Check in, mask check, and warm-up. 8:30 A.M. - Absolute check-in deadline for all fencers in all weapons. Late arrivals will be scratched at 8:31 A.M. No exceptions. No refunds. 8:30 - 9:00 A.M. - Introductions and announcements. 9:00 A.M. - Men's Foil, Women's Epee, Men's Sabre begin 10:30 A.M. - Women's Foil and Men's Epee begin, Women's Sabre Please note: If the pools in an event finish rapidly, the next event may start ahead of the proposed time in order to keep the tournament moving efficiently. |

| One round of pools is used to determine the seeding in each event for a 128, 64, or 32 direct elimination tournament. The finals will be considered the top eight competitiors in each weapon. Before the championship bout in a weapon, a fence-off will be conducted for third and fourth place. |

| CMH has earned a reputation for good food, and all profits from these sales benefit CMH's fencing team. Breakfast and lunch items, both hot and cold, will be available for purchase in CMH's InPro Athletic Center lobby beginning at 7:30 A.M. Sales continue throughout the tournament.
