Hail and Warmest Greetings-
Just a quick reminder that this coming Sunday will be Festival Day in the fair town of Spiritwood! Starting at 20:30 CET, (7:30 GMT) the town will play host to a range of events open to all comers.
Of special interest will be the first annual Sosarian All –Comers Talent Show!
All are welcome to come along and join us in the Spiritwood Theatre in the Sky, atop the Town Hall Tower, for this wonderful event.
Each “act” will be given a slot for a short performance. This can be anything-
Comedy Sketch, Song, Dance, Trained Animal Act, Magic show, Recital, Short Play, Political Announcements Acrobatics, Puppet Show, Art Exhibition-
Anything at all!
Just as long as it does not go over five minutes, you will have the floor and a captive audience to thrill and entertain!
At the end of the event, there will be a vote taken for “Best Act” and the winner shall be awarded a special grand prize, the coveted “Brittie Award” and will have the opportunity to make a long and embarrassing acceptance speech!
To find Spiritwood, (Felucca), Start at the Skara Brae docks right outside town, go east. Take the second road to your right (south) (at a crossroads). Keep going south until the road turns eastwards. Keep following it and you will end up in Spiritwood. From the end of the road, go a little to the north-east and you'll see two large brick houses. The eastern one is the Spiritwood Tavern. The sextant co-ordinates are: 65S 27W.
So common folks- get those grease paints dusted off and practice those acts!
