| 2009 CMHA Year-End Awards & Banquet Info Dear 2009 C.M.H.A. Members, CONGRATULATIONS on a great show season, we hope that you have enjoyed your summer showing with us. This packet includes all the information regarding your 2009 year end award choices. Please visit our display table at the Ending Extravaganza show to view samples of most of the award choices. Please read over the choices and the information carefully and be sure to include the correct size, color, etc. on those awards that require this specific information. Also, be sure to confirm that you have qualified for a year end award, please visit the website points page, www.cmha.info or the rule book. A final list of those who qualify for an award will be posted on the website following the Ending Extravaganza. ATTENTION AWARD WINNERS: All members who have earned a 2009 year end award must be in good standing, including any N.S.F. and any additional fees MUST be paid in full and cleared, and all award choices MUST be received by FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 11TH to be eligible to receive a year end award, NO EXCEPTIONS. We are on a tight schedule to have everything ordered and embroidered on time due to the banquet being two months earlier. After the September 11th deadline, anyone who wishes to receive an award will automatically receive a gift certificate. Awards Banquet As many of you know, the weather in January 2009, made for a treacherous night to be on the roads to get to last year�s banquet, and many choose not to risk the drive. Therefore, the 2009 awards banquet will be Saturday, November 21st (2 months earlier) at the Owosso Z.C.B.J. hall (same place as last year) this year�s banquet theme will be �On the Red Carpet� so get ready for fancy gowns, Hollywood Stars of Fame, and of course the red carpet, it�s sure to be a fun event. More details to come, so watch for it in your mail and the website.
