| Sweet 16 in Heaven February 20th was a great day 1986 was a great day A friend to all was born in Plainwell Our friendship so awesome There are so many stories to tell The 29th of January was a sad day Tears were falling like rain during the month of May A friend left us to go to heaven Where he will be happy forever His birthday will always be remembered Even though he's not hear to celebrate it He will be watching from heaven above Watching us celebrate him when we are having fun His name is Chad And I know he wouldnt want us to be sad He can't be seen or can't be hear But he's in our heart and so its not so bad Whenever I see his red car pull out of his yard I'll remember his spirit is not very far It's a good thing hes in heaven enjoying his time But its sad he's not here and thats what makes us cry February 20th, 2002 is a day I will never forget When we celebrate Chads sweet 16 with his spirit Dedicated to Chad Michael Garretts 16th Birthday |
