Welcome to the Isshinryu Webpage. It was created by Carrie Hinkley and Andrew Biffen. Carrie is a student at Moravian College in Bethlehem, PA and Andrew attends East Stroudsburg University also in PA. Both study Isshinryu karate under Sensei Joe Webb (5th dan) who has over twenty-one years teaching experience.

Carrie has been studying Isshinryu since February of 1992. She is a nidan. Andrew, who has also achieved his nidan, has been studying Isshinryu since 1993. Both are junior instructors at the Joe Webb Karate Academy located in East Stroudsburg, PA.
