NOLF Counter-strike hostage models

If you play No One Lives Forever, these hossies may
ring a bell.  They replace the orange suit, shirt & tie
and scientist models with characters from NOLF (& more!)

They were originally made by MZ.MARS but the arms penetrated
the torsos of the models during the idle animation sequence.
I fixed that bug & added a new skin to the hostage model
(which had 2 skins in the original CS one).

Unzip files into your cstrike\models directory (after
backing up the originals).  You may need to get some
female hostage voices for cstrike\sound\hostage\hos#.wav
