Twenty-one talons of rounded-edge thick garment leather approximately fourteen-&-a-half inches in length, descending from a six-&-a-half inch leather braided wooden core handle with a five inch long wrist strap.

This item is naturally balanced (without added weight) at the top edge of the bottom leather border.

This flogger does not have turk's head knots, as I made it before I learned how (I was still puzzling it out). This flogger was made of various scrap leather of mine, and was a practice piece of mine (don't expect perfection), hence the price.
