Ten loops of sparkling ball chain, approximately twelve inches in length, descending from a eight inch black corded, wooden core handle with a seven inch long wrist strap.

This item is conductive both for temperature and electricity:

Temperature: Fill a ziplock bag with ice, lay the talons on the bag, talons "charge" almost immediately with cold.

Electricity: Loop a loop of ball chain around a finger of the hand holding the flogger's handle - flogger is instantly conductible when used in conjunction with a violet wand's "Lightning Hands" pad.

This item is naturally balanced (without added weight) approximately an inch above the base of the handle.

Though the description above is for this particular item, this is a standard item in my inventory, and may be special ordered with a hunter green or red corded handle, or other alterations.
