Pink at the ball

Changed event Lady Termaine lets Cinderella go to the ball in the pink dress

The ride to the palace was fairly quiet. Both Anastasia and Drazella couldn’t understand why their mother would let Cinderella go to the ball. “She’s to simple minded. The prince won’t care for her. “Termaine told her daughters.  Later at the ball they watched as others were called by name and were presented to the prince. The women would walk forward and bow to the prince before turning around and heading back. The prince didn’t seem interested in anyone so far. Anastasia and Drazella were called next. The prince looked at them and yawned, “This is so boring I think I will leave when the introductions are done, “ the prince said. After the stepsisters left there was no one left but Cinderella and she wasn’t on the list. The prince caught sight of her.  “Who’s that girl? “He asked Lady Termaine “That’s Cinderella. You haven’t been introduced, “ The prince had her introduced  “Cinderella step daughter of Lady Termaine, “the messager said,  “My I have this dance? “The prince asked Cinderella No sooner the band started playing the waltz “Sir you are too romantic the boy hasn’t any interest …” but the duke was cut off “Ha he found a girl “ the king laughed Cinderella and the prince left the room and entered the garden. There they kissed and the prince proposed.” This day I will remember forever,”Cinderella said Lady Termaine grumbled “Should have forced her to stay home,”  “Mother why does the prince like her?” Anastasia asked. The prince and Cinderella were married a week later and lived happily ever after.
