Captain Kirk is believed dead saving the Enterprise-B from an energy ribbon when trying to save two vessels inside the ribbon. 78 years the Enterprise-D rescues an El Aurian physicist named Soran. One of the people saved by the Enterprise-B. The ribbon is called the Nexus and Soran is trying to get back into it. He destroyed the sun at Armogosa system. Soarn was working with a renegade band of Klingons. Soarn destroyes the Verdian star and Picard was caught in the energy ribbon. The Enterprise-D was destroyed and millions of people were killde on Veridian 3. Captain Picard teams up with a legendary captain from the past Captain James T. Kirk to stop Soarn and save millions of lives. The Enterprise-D was destroyed by the Klingons and Captain Kirk was killed.
