At The Beginning of the movie is at the Planet Romulus the Senate had a meeting about Shinzon's proposal, and eventually assassinated.  Commander William Riker and Councilor Deanna Troi got married and are moving to the Star Ship USS Titan under the command of the newly promoted Captain Riker, before the promotion came though, they were to head over to Betazed for the second marrage according to Betazoid tradition.  on route to Betazed, they found a positronic signal luring them desert-like planet of Kolarus III and found another android like data.  The Crew of the USS Enterprise-E is faced with their biggest Enemy and Picards personal Nemesis, a clone of Picard named Shinzon of Remus.  Shinzon only has a short time to live and needs Picards Blood to survive, Shinzon sets out to destroy Picard and Earth to cripple the federation beyound repair.  The Crew of the Enterprise must stop Shinzons ship, a massive battleship called the Scimitar and the cost will be high.
