TRIBUTE TO THE BRAVE CREW OF THE APOLLO 1

At 1 P.M. January 27 1967 3 astronauts entered the capsol on Pad 34 for tests.  Some minor issues occured, at 6:31 fire was smelled then seen the the cockpit in the Apollo 1, it a matter of seconds the fire has spread throughout the entire cockpit, it would have taken at least 90 seconds to open the hatch and the astronauts did not have a chance to open it.  About approximately 30 seconds of the Fire the astronauts were killed, the Astronauts killed in this fire are CommanderIvan Grissom, Rodger Bruce Chaffee and Edward higgins White, II.
