� 20 acre site on the southern shore of New Fossil Lake �All wheels do not need to be built at once - plenty of room to add wheel groups as population dictates �Wheels do not necessarily need to be grouped by grade level � flexible scheduling �All indoor areas possess �stand alone� modular HVAC and power units � all other utilities underground �Outdoor learning areas within each wheel are of primary importance to the curricular program and also serve as playscapes �All indoor class areas open easily to outdoor areas with large windows and sliding glass doors composed of low-E glass to allow for maximum sunlight. �Central building areas have extensive skylights to allow for maximum sunlight. |
