Movmap is a simple freeware
GPS tracker program meant for
WinCE/PocketPC machines. Its
source code is also available.
Entry for October 3, 2007
Since some users require com0: serial port support, made some minor changes to the program. Now com0 port should be available in the set menu.

Mm seems to be right software to my Asus P535 PPC.
I have configured communication params properly (?). At least GPS LD is blinking and NMEA log window show some input. BUT...
- when I open NMEA I can see only ONE LINE.
- if I close and reopen NMEA, I can see new lines added, but ONE LINE every time I open NMEA.
Isn't I supposed to see constant stream of NMEA data in the windows?
Also sat lock time is sooo long. n fact I was not able to see lock yet :)
Sorry I didn't see this comment earlier! If you

No. NMEA menu does not show constant stream
of NMEA data. For testing purposes, it just
shows a snapshot NMEA string received at that
time only.
I am not sure why your sat lock time is so
long. You might have cold-started your GPS.
It seems to work fine others. Perhaps you have
not configured or selected the serial port
correctly. Does it show your location on the
map correctly? You should first get a GPS lock,
although that might take a few minutes
after a cold-start.
