| Ultimate Mexican Guacamole Super Guacamole Serves: 2 Ingredients 6 very ripe, peeled avacados 3 fresh garlic cloves 1 tsp salt 2 chopped tomatoes 2 chopped jalapeno peppers 2 chopped habanero peppers 1 medium red onion - diced 4 tbs corona beer or to taste 1 tbs lime juice 1 cup grated monterey jack cheese Mash avocados, combine all other ingredients.
