Drowned Eggs
Huevos Ahogados


       
Ingredients

      6 eggs
      3 tomatoes
      2 serrano chiles
      1 garlic clove
      1/2 small onion sliced
      Pinto beans, cooked (canned if you wish)
      1 epazote sprig
    

Boil the tomatoes with the chiles and garlic.

Blend.

In a large frying pan, lightly fry the onion
and add the tomato sauce.

Let simmer and season.

Add the beans, epazote and let heat.

Crack the eggs over the sauce one by one and let cook..
