Carne Azada Burritos This recipe is my own and the main part of it is the marinating of the meat. Ingredients 1 lb. of beef loin flap very thinly sliced with the grain and cut into 5 inch long pieces. � cup of olive oil � cup of soy sauce 2 table spoons of Worchester sauce 1 Table Spoon of chopped garlic ( or more if you like garlic a lot!!) 1 can of beer of your choice or 1 glass of your Chardonnay ( I prefer beer) 1 Table spoon of ground cumin Salt and pepper to your taste. Easy, Mix all ingredients and then add the meat cuts. Put them in a container and let them macerate and marinate for at list 2 hours. Put them in your grill and presto!! Cook them easy do they remain soft and nice. Prepare a Pico de Gallo 3 tomatoes � onion 1 hand of cilantro 4 serrano or 3 jalape�o Chiles Salt and pepper and the juice of � lime. Chopping all ingredients mix them well in a bowl. Add a dash of Garlic powder Add then 1 good avocado cut in cubes and you will have a wonderful relish.
