~If you decide to use any of my graphics,
you MUST read and agree to my rules. If I find anyone
not following my rules, I will ask to have
them removed from your site.~

These are my graphics. I drew them and I own them.
Inside each graphic file I placed a digital watermark.
Each watermark file is copyright-protected
and registered with Digimarc.
The watermark is traceable and linked back to me.
Which means, if you are using my graphics, I
can find them anywhere on the web! If they
don't look like my graphics, and you
have altered them in any way, I will know it!

~Please read~

Each image is copyright-protected via a digital watermark that uses
Digimarc PictureMarc technology. The watermark�a digital
code added as noise to the image�is generally imperceptible
to the human eye. The watermark is durable in
both digital and printed forms, surviving typical
image edits and file format conversions�and may
still be detectable when the image is printed
and then scanned back into a computer.

Which means, it doesn't matter how you alter the image, the watermark
will still be there! You can recolor it, resize it, crop it, erase it,
or even print it out and scan it, the watermark will still be there!
As long as the file exists, so does the watermark!

So if you came here looking for graphics to call your own,
~Draw them yourself!~

~ Free Sets/Collections~
(personal, non-commercial sites, custom orders)

~ You must link back to my site on each and every page
that you use my graphics. You may use a logo I provided,
or may use a text link.

~ You may not alter my graphics in any way!
Which includes but not limited to
: re-sizing, re-coloring, creating awards, banners,
logos, tubes, brushes, other graphics, or collections.
They are not to be used in e-card sites, e-mail stationary or attachments.

~ You must right click and save to your own hard drive!
DO NOT steal bandwidth and link the image to my site!

~ You may only use my graphics for Family-Friendly sites.

~I currently do not allow my graphics to be used in craft projects
that you sell. You may use them for scrapbooking,
print them out to create your own cards, stationary,
or gift tags.

~ Free pageset graphics are for use on NON-commercial pages only.
If you make money in any shape or form from your site,
you are considered "commercial". (see below)

~ Commercial Sites ~

~ Your site is considered commercial if you are a business
or sell products, whether you make money or not.
My free sets may be used on commercial sites,
but you must register them first. You must
register "each site" that you use my graphics on.

~I charge $10 for each set you wish to use.

~A one-time registration fee of $20 entitles
you to use all of my free sets (current and future).

~ Link back to my site on each and every page you use my graphics on.
You may use a logo I provided, or may use a text link.

~ Purchased collections may be used on your commercial site as well.
The terms of use stated for personal sites above,
apply to commercial sites as well.

~ Webpage Designers ~

~You must register each site separately
that you use my graphics on.
The same rules apply to these sites as well.
I charge a one time fee of $10.00 for each
website that you use my graphics on.
You may purchase my collections to use also. But you still
have to pay the $10.00 registration fee.
